Terms of service.

We request that once you have confirmed your attendance for the training, you agree to be FULLY present the entire 3 days of the training.

We are creating a container, a crew of individuals coming together to design and create the message and video marketing strategy for an entire year. We consider this meaningful work, and everyone who is invited into this experience is expected to bring 100% participation and presence to it. After all, VIDEO will be your "spokesperson" 24/7.


We request that you are fully present the entire masterclass and that you do not schedule outside calls, meetings, or any other events/activities during the masterclass that would cause you to miss any part of the training or be distracted during the event.

By enrolling you're agreeing to the following:

- To be on time at the start of each day and after each break.
- To not skip any sessions during the masterclass (step out and step back in)
- To not schedule any other calls or appointments or engagements during the masterclass.
- To not make outside plans during the first or second evenings of the masterclass.
- If you do miss sessions, arrive more than a few minutes late, or leave more than a few minutes early, we reserve the right to ask you to come back and attend a future training that better suits your schedule and when you are able to be fully present for the duration of the masterclass. VIDEO RELEASE & RULES
[LIVE EVENT ONLY ] HEALTH RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY For Productions LLC has put in place preventative measures to maintain safety., however, I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and release For Productions LLC - from liability should I become infected or infectious.

I voluntarily seek services provided by For Productions LLC. and acknowledge that I have complied with and will continue to comply with all procedures to reduce the risk of catching or spreading Covid19 while attending this event.

I attest: That I have complied with all agreed upon safeguarding before coming to this event, including checking temperature each day before arrival, not tested positive for Covid in the past 10 days, and not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid in the past 10 days.

I have not had a temperature of over 99 degrees in the last 10 days. My temperature at present time is no greater than 99 degrees Fahrenheit (please check your current temperature using the machine available onsite).

I will take my temperature daily each morning and also pay attention to any developing symptoms. I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

I will check each morning for symptoms and will not engage with the group if I have any symptoms. I have not to my knowledge been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 within the past 10 days. I further acknowledge that For Productions LLC. cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with Covid19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Covid19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, staff, and other clients and their families. I hereby release and agree to hold For Productions LLC harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the company, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from For Productions LLC. I understand that this release discharges For Productions LLC. from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the company concerning any bodily injury, psychological issues, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from For Productions LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to the Company together with all employees and contractors working on behalf of the Company.
